ABOUT THE BOOK:
In 2008 the financial crash hit the City of London. Panic filled the air and people working for the giant money machine seemed oblivious to a photographer working quickly and quietly in their midst. Now, over a decade later, these images question what we have learned... if anything at all.
moved to Bethnal Green in 1996, became a photographer, and quickly realised he never wanted to live anywhere else in London other than the East End. Stephen has written a number of books on photography, including 'Photographers’ Sketchbooks', and currently works as a photographer and writer in Los Angeles.
